Great list! And gratitude is definitely #1.

I used to tell myself, "cleaning something, repair/maintain something, create something every day" if possible.

Your list is far bigger and better. Thank you

Thank you, Maurice, very good stuff here, as always.

Have you done a post on insomnia fixes? I would like to hear your thoughts on that.

I have written one manually within my BOOK, I will go through it - and will put an article together from it…

The BOOK - it's not something I sell or give it. It's information packed together with over the years of research.. I have not given this to anyone. But in time, I will leave it behind for many to take it and teach others... but I am publishing a book within 8 to 9 month... with few things added from my current personal BOOK..

Can't speak for Maurice but I *highly* recommend the book The Effortless Sleep Method; I found it extremely helpful.

The main ideas are:

1) there is no such thing as a sleeping pill (even if something works in the short term, it'll backfire)

2) the biggest trick to falling asleep is to *believe that you can*

3) don't even use the word "insomnia" because even that gives it power

Also, 15 minutes of outdoor morning sunlight right after you wake up has been proven to set your circadian rhythm more effectively than anything else (and it's not close). Go outside for at least 15 minutes right after you wake up, it'll help.

Hi Craig, thank you for responding and putting that information out there to be recognized by all the readers...

Sometimes I wish I have access to morning sunrise - In the location I live in, we lose sun for 3 month... Happy weekend, and same to you Frank
